One-Stop Career Centers are part of a nationwide system that offers job-seekers, students, businesses, and career professionals access to a comprehensive array of employment-related services and tools in one convenient location. Strategically located throughout the District, the DC Works! One-Stop Career Centers provide District

residents with free resources such as career counseling, career planning, resume assistance, direct job placement,

classroom and on-the-job training, information about local and national labor markets, unemployment compensation, and much more.

DCNetworks.org is the online equivalent of the DC Works! One-Stop Career System. DCNetworks.org is an ad­vanced, comprehensive, and integrated web-based system that provides job-seekers, training providers, employers, and UI applicants with 24-hour access to the agency’s comprehensive, employment-related program services and resources as well as access to local, regional, and national labor market information. Our internet-based DCNetworks.org allows employers to post job openings and review the resumes of our registered customers. A unique benefit to the business customer is our ability to prescreen potential applicants for their workforce needs.
